Ruth Elizabeth Jackson joined our family on Monday, January 26th at 3:47 p.m. She weighed in at 7 pounds 15.5 ounces and 20 inches long. A little one for our family. The labor was a bit longer than the past Jackson kids but the delivery was quick. She was born with the cord around her neck which the doctor said explained why she didn't want to drop. They got the cord off quickly and had her breathing normally within a few minutes. The doctors and nurses at Alta View were great. Grandma Julie was able to bring the kids up to meet Ruth shortly after her arrival. They were all SO excited. Mom and baby arrived home on Tuesday and were glad to get a normal (if possible with the kids off track) routine going. Grandma Julie stopped by to help out throughout the week and has been a wonderful help. Ruth has been such a sweet addition to our family, we are all so glad she is finally here!!!

She is so beautiful!!!! Congratulations! I can't wait to see her in person. We are so glad Katrina and Ruth are Healthy and happy! We love you guys and miss you too!
